TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. A 50% deposit is required on booking.
2. The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled OR booking date changes less than 60 days prior.
3. In the event of a customer ‘no show’, you will be charged the full amount.
4. Balance owing is due 7 days prior to the booking.
5. Any changes to bookings are to be received in writing (email).
6. Extra time and any waiting time shall be paid for on the day of the booking – subject to availability.
(Ford Territory – $95 per 15mins, Lexus LS430 – $25 per 15mins)
7. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the Limousine or contents caused by their actions during the duration of the hire by them or any member of their party.
8. A cleaning and sanitation fee of $350.00 is applicable if the vehicle is soiled by spilled alcohol, vomit etc. The cost of loss of work due to a soiled car will also be charged.
9. Drug use, food, smoking and protruding from the vehicles is prohibited by law and the chauffeur has the right to terminate the journey at any time should the client not comply.
10. Passengers must wear seat belts at ALL times. Any fines relating to seat belts not being worn will be charged to the hirer.
11. Platinum Limousines will not be responsible for any delays or terminations due to conditions beyond their control.
